I needed to buy some flats for a wedding I'm attending. The shoes I purchased were made of suede, and I had them treated to make them waterproof. The sales assistant at Windsor's was incredibly helpful and polite. I highly recommend Windsor's to everyone!

I was in search of a physical store to purchase shoes, as I prefer trying them on before making a decision. Unfortunately, there aren't many places nearby where I can do that nowadays. However, a couple of friends and family members recommended Wynsors, which happens to be just a few miles away. I entered the Infirmary Road branch in Sheffield and was able to browse without feeling any pressure. I chose my footwear from a wide range of clearly labeled displays and brought the display shoe to the checkout. A friendly and polite lady kindly fetched a new pair for me, and I left to go home. The staff was extremely helpful, they even went to the back to check and found one item that I wanted. Although there were only three left of the same boots, I'm hoping that more will come into the shop. Overall, it was a brilliant bargain.

We are regular customers at this store. They offer a wide variety of footwear at incredibly affordable prices. Additionally, they have a great selection of shoe care items, handbags, backpacks, beads, and bangles.

I had to return a pair of shoes that I bought for my mom because they turned out to be too big, despite being her usual size. I followed the return instructions and even tried emailing them, but unfortunately, I received no response. I didn't receive a refund or even a simple email reply. This kind of behavior is not trustworthy or honest for a shop.
